CLIENT BRIEFING
The team at PC Corporate will meet with you and your team to understand your uniform requirements to focus on the priorities and ensure every detail is covered. From your budgets, aspiration, setting timelines, design requirements, warehousing, and aftercare.
(A dedicated member of our sales team will provide a single point of contact and will manage your expectations. From initial conception of idea to delivery and roll out, we help bring your vision for your uniforms to life. )
CREATIVE CONCEPTS & DETAILED DESIGN
PC Corporate prides itself on its ability to deliver unique uniform concepts that translate from the culture, your vision and surrounding environment, coupled with the importance of fit, material durability and functionality.
Taking an individual approach to your brand our team will provide mood boards, statement looks, colour palettes and key design attributes for you to select from. Once direction has been finalised our team will consolidate the options selected and create the final boards.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Our team bring your designs life with proto samples for review. Our pattern makers work closely with our garment technologist and product developers to create an outstanding garment of the highest quality. Functionality and durability remain at the forefront to ensure the garments can withstand the harsh working environment and is suitable to your selected laundry.
ETHICAL SOURCING AND MANUFACTURE
Ethical sourcing and manufacture is of great importance to PC Corporate. The selected offshore manufacturers that PC Corporate choose to work with are ISO accredited and ensure their works meet industry and regulatory safety obligations. Similarly, the Australian manufacturers chosen by PC Corporate align with ethical standards, ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations.
QUALITY CONTROL
PC Corporate will manufacture the selected samples for the client to trial in their environment for both wash and wear tests. To ensure it meets the client’s standards and functionalities required.
UNIFORM PRODUCTION
Once all samples have been approved, the client will be provided the relevant information to raise their order/s. This starts the process of the entire uniform production. PC Corporate will keep the client updated throughout this process to ensure an accurate roll-out date.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
PC Corporate ensures that a systematic examination of finished product (against predetermined statistical standards) is undertaken, to ensure compliance with customer requirement (as per order). The results of all such examinations are documented and records retained for future reference.
DELIVERY DAY
The moment you have been waiting for, the delivery of your uniforms. Now is the time you begin to allocate your brand-new uniforms to your employees.
WAREHOUSING
PC Corporate prides itself on being an all-rounder when we work with our clients. We are happy to put an agreement in place with you to hold or store fabric and garments so you don’t have to. This ensures inventory is optimized and an accurate stock count of each variant, colour, style and size remains manageable.
